I watched some videos of the product in use before deciding to give it a try. I wanted something that would be easy for the wife to use, while I was laying on the couch drinking beer. I will say that I am glad I decided to try it The price is reasonable, the product is of good quality for the price, and it has worked pretty well so far. The company was also a pleasure to deal with. (Refreshing in this day and age.) I had some issues with the packaging, and they did not hesitate to remedy the situation. They seem to be a very stand-up company. I would not hesitate to deal with them in the future, or to refer them to others.

The plastic body worries me with the Sub-Zero temps in Minnesota. Hope it holds up. I've used it 2 times on snows 2-3" deep. Wasn't easy with heavy moisture laden snow but I powered thru. The lighter snow was much easier of course. Would not go thru 6" snow depth. Had to hire that done.

Pros: Really neat concept Quiet Instant on No gas Cons: No latch for battery compartment. Just a lid. Does not do well with wet snow (most single stage snowblowers don’t so not a deal breaker) Chute narrows which seems to make clogging easier I would buy again but not for more than the refurbished price. I think the cordless space is getting really interesting and this will do the job for the Omaha winters.

wow just finally got to use my new toy and it is wonderful the 1 battery just covers my corner lot 4 inches of pretty heavy wet and blew right threw it i do see im gonna need a spare battery for the back yard most awesome thank u
